This premium luxury villa project is located in the scenic area of Gandipet, within the prestigious Aikaa development by Sri Aditya Developers. While the overall villa community is developed by Sri Aditya, landowner Kiran Konijetti, who owns multiple plots within the gated community, sought to build his homes with an unmatched level of craftsmanship. To achieve this, he entrusted us with the construction of four premium villas: two spanning 400 yards each (8,000 square feet per villa), one 600-yard residence for his son (11,000 square feet), and his own expansive 1,200-yard personal residence (15,000 square feet).

To maintain architectural harmony within the community, Kiran Konijetti convinced the primary developers to allow him to match the exterior design of the villas while ensuring superior quality in construction, materials, and finishes. Designed by Suresh of Eshaanya Architects, each villa offers sophisticated living spaces, private outdoor areas, and an elevated standard of luxury that sets them apart from the rest of the development.
